Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling and persuasive marketing materials including Red, Instagram, Weibo, including website content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Brand Messaging:
    • Craft and maintain consistent brand messaging that aligns with companies values and resonates with the target audience.
  • Campaign Development:
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and China, including operations and sales, to ensure marketing materials align with overall brand and product strategy.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with app marketing and technology industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Knowledge in Adobe Suite preferred

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to effectively tailor solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Account Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
    • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to propose solutions that align with client goals.
    • Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Account Planning:
    • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
    • Regularly review account performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and key milestones.
    • Ensure clear and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications consultancy industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
